Insurance Coverage
If you have dental insurance, the insurance will be verified prior to your child’s appointment. Most preventive services are covered at 100% with no deductible.
For restorative treatment, there is usually a deductible as well as a co-pay percentage. With the information provided from the insurance company, fee estimates will be provided. At the treatment appointment, the estimated patient obligation will be collected. We will submit the claim for you and collect the insurance payment. Sometimes, the insurances pay less than anticipated. Once the insurance payment is received, the parent will be responsible for any remaining balance on the account. Insurance benefits are a contract between the insured and the insurance company. The annual maximums, percentages, co-pays, deductibles, and what services are covered are determined by the insurance company, not by us.
We are in-network for most PPO dental plans
If we are not in-network for your insurance and your plan offers out-of-network benefits, we will estimate your fee, if any, prior to services and file the claim for you. We are currently not in-network for any Medicaid plans. Please contact us regarding any insurance questions you may have.
